MISSION STATEMENT
MDS AeroTest manages the GLACIER Test Facility to maintain its capability for engine testing. This responsibility includes site security, grounds maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of test systems and IT infrastructure.
MDS AeroTest conducts engine testing in accordance with OEM instructions, with the aim of delivering verified data on engine operation during OEM defined test experiments. This responsibility includes test program planning and management, handling of engines, tooling and special purpose test equipment, the provision of consumables such as aviation fuels and oils, the delivery of data streams for static and transient data to the OEM for almost real time validation, management reviews for continual improvement of processes and equipment, and related services.

We are committed to the protection of the natural environment by preventing pollution while maintaining our operational effectiveness.
We are committed to continually improve our environmental performance. We monitor the environmental impacts of our activities, products and services and review our performance to identify ways in which we can improve and reduce our impact on the environment. We will conduct critical environmental briefings prior to commencing any activities where there are identifiable risks associated with the environment.
We listen to our customer’s opinions on our environmental performance and take them into account when we are considering improvements.
We are committed to comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations and other environmental requirements the company subscribes to that relate to our environmental aspects.

MDS AeroTest is committed to Health and Safety in the workplace and recognizes its employees’ right to work in a safe and healthy work environment.
MDS AeroTest will make every effort to provide a safe and healthy work environment. All employees must also be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing risk or injury by conducting critical safety briefings prior to commencing any activities where there are identifiable risks associated with personnel, equipment, infrastructure, or environment.
We encourage participation from employees at all levels of the organization to achieve our safety goals. Accident prevention is the direct responsibility of all workplace parties.
As an employee, onsite customer, or a subcontractor, you must protect your own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with work safe practices. Employees must receive all relevant information, training and competent supervision in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.
